Our pricing model is about as straight forward as they come: We bill a flat $15.00 USD for the first 20 minutes ($0.75/minute) and run the clock only while we're actually doing work. Emails, phone calls, research and paperwork time is not tracked. After 20 minutes, we bill at $0.65/minute. Because tasks, projects and servers come in all shapes and sizes, trying to guess at an estimate can be tricky at best - so we're breaking things down into more manageable groups based on how long we anticipate things will take.
